Bladder problems

Bladder problems?

We normally urinate about seven times a day and once at night. As a result of an accident or an operation, or due to chronic illness for example, some people develop incontinence: unintentional urine loss. The other group of people who have trouble controlling their bladder consists mainly of women who have had children, older people and men with prostate enlargement.

Curan's made-to-measure catheters can help

Some people with bladder problems may lose a few drops of urine when coughing or sneezing. Others may feel a strong, sudden urge to urinate and must run to get to the toilet in time. And some people may have lost all control of their bladder. In many cases these problems can be helped, for example by means of self-catheterization: going to the toilet at fixed times to drain your bladder using a catheter. Curan has a range of different types of catheters that enable you to do this in a way that is as practical, safe and hygienic as possible.
